When quality issues occur, VAS is there to provide a clean point and ensure that your customer only receives product that meets the required specification.

Rework & Repair

VAS' skilled team can perform any rework or repair to your product as required. Areas of expertise include:

E-coat and Powder coated parts
Plastic components
Deburring and Grinding on metal components

Support/ Training / implementation

Through our partner Hill Standard Works, VAS can provide assistance in implementation of a Standard Production System To Achieve World Class Manufacturing. VAS can provide program management, training programs and implementation of the project plan to lead to improvements in your facility with the goal of becoming a World Class Manufacturing facility.

LIAISON REpresentation

VAS can provide liaison support at your customer in the Southwestern Ontario region. Our management and staff have extensive experience in multiple different areas of the automotive industry. We can provide liaisons for OEM, Tier 1 and other customer requirements. VAS will develop with our customer a liaison plan that will service your requirements.
